Covid has made all of our lives more difficult. We originally were advised to stay with the same safety measures as we had used last year, but as our executive committee has revisited this issue, we have reconsidered.
ACS resides in Weld County District 6. District 6 has provided county approved guidance, which includes distancing being reduced to 3ft and masks recommend but not mandated. Our executive committee has voted to follow district 6 in these guidelines and will not be requiring masks.
This being said, anyone who feels they want their child to continue to wear face coverings will be encouraged to do so.
Also, please remember, that we may at some point be required to change these protocols if the state issues new guidelines or health orders. If mask mandates return ACS will return to our 2020-2021 modified mask protocol.
